This video explains how to view and export production data from a Magnum spray machine using the built-in reporting and Excel export function.

Quick Guide

View Production Data

  1. From the Home screen, select the magnifying glass icon.

  2. Review available production data, including:

    • Power-on time

    • Working time

    • Machine downtime

    • Recovered square meters

    • Paint used

    • Number of pieces produced

    • Loading efficiency

Export Production Data

  1. Select the Excel spreadsheet icon.

  2. Review exported data, including:

    • Recipe name

    • Production time

    • Number of pieces

    • Loading efficiency

  3. Insert a USB drive into the USB port on the side of the monitor.

  4. Go to File → Save As.

  5. Choose the USB drive (or desired location) and save the file.
