This video explains how to power on and start the Mini Plus spray machine, clear startup alarms, and place the machine into automatic production mode.

Quick Guide

Power On & Clear Startup Alarm

  1. Turn on the main power switch.

  2. From the home screen, select the yellow caution icon to view active alarms.

  3. If alarm shows Control Voltage Insertion:

    • Press the green 24V auxiliary power button.

  4. Return to the home screen and press the red X to clear alarms.

  5. Confirm Machine State: Waiting for Operator Start.

Select Operating Mode

  • Manual Mode: Hand icon (used for setup and maintenance)

  • Automatic Mode: Production operation

Start Automatic Mode

  1. Press the left Start button.

  2. Machine state will show Waiting for Ventilation while fans ramp up.

  3. Status will change to Reciprocator stop – lack of product (machine ready).

  4. Load parts onto the conveyor.

    • Paper advances and spraying begins automatically.

Key Notes

  • 24V auxiliary power must be enabled at every startup.

  • “Lack of product” indicates readiness, not a fault.
