Blade Orientation
The two rolls and scraper blades are different lengths.
First contact blade/roll = shortest.
Second contact blade/roll = longest.
The left blade is longer than the right.
Ensure blades are installed in the correct order.
Installing them backwards can allow paint to reach the underside of the belt.
Trolley Position Verification
Locate the alignment pin.
Insert the pin through the trolley frame hole and the machine frame hole.
If the pin seats correctly, the trolley is in the proper operating position.

Blade frames are the same length—verify blade length, not frame length.
Always confirm blade order and pin placement before operation.
