Summary

This video demonstrates the end-of-day flushing procedure for the pump and spray guns. The goal is to remove paint from the system using clean solvent or water, safely relieve pressure, clean internal lines, and prepare the guns for the next shift.

Quick Guide

Pump Flush

  1. Shut off air pressure to the pump (main valve or regulator).

  2. Relieve pressure by opening the drain valve while holding the drain tube (expect minor release).

  3. Remove the pickup tube from paint and wipe clean.

  4. Turn the pump on briefly to stroke out remaining paint.

  5. Allow air to pass through the system to create separation and turbulence.

  6. Place pickup tube in clean solvent or water.

  7. Flush until clean solvent flows consistently.

  8. Close the ball valve and reapply air pressure (approx. 4–5 bar).

Gun Flush & Cleaning

  1. On the control panel:

    • Go to Manual
