Quick Guide
Load a Recipe
Select the recipe folder icon (folder with pencil).
In the top-left folder menu, load the desired recipe (example: Recipe 13).
Confirm the recipe is active.
Program Recipe Settings
Reciprocator
Set cycles (e.g., 20 cycles/min)
Set speed (e.g., 4 m/min)
Enable photo bar if required
Conveyors
Turn paper conveyor ON (0 = OFF)
Set conveyor speed
Overspray Mode
Select Push–Pull, Pull Only, or Push Only
Overspray Values
Adjust edge overspray
Adjust surface overspray
Gun Selection
Program active guns (e.g., Guns 3 & 4A)
Repeat for B reciprocator (e.g., Guns 3 & 4B)
Recovery Unit
Enable if running a hybrid system
Save & Name the Recipe
Press Save.
Enter a recipe name (example: Superfici).
Confirm by pressing the check mark.
Press Save again to finalize.
Verify the recipe appears in the folder with the new name.

Coating type
Solvent
Tip sizes
Setup reminders
Key Notes
Always save twice to confirm changes.
Verify active guns and conveyor settings before production.
