Purpose: Restore proper paper feed after a paper break and clear alarms.

Procedure

  1. Stop the machine and remove the side shields to prevent tearing.

  2. Locate and remove the paper break sensor bar to avoid alarms during threading.

  3. Thread the paper:

    • Behind the sensor bar location

    • Behind the first roller

    • Behind the second roller

    • Up onto the top of the sprayer

  4. Tape the paper to the conveyor belt.

  5. Reconnect air to the take-up roll.

  6. On the control panel:

    • Clear alarms

    • Go to Conveyors and start the conveyor to pull paper through

  7. Run a manual cycle to wrap the paper onto the take-up roll.

  8. Reinstall the sensor bar (must ride on top of the paper).

  9. Reinstall side shields.

Verification

  • No active alarms

  • Paper feeds smoothly

  • Machine ready for operation
